Chameleon Studio is a client focused, innovative residential architectural design & drafting company based in Auckland.
Concept Design
This is the first step of the project process. After engagement and quote acceptance, we will review the unitary plan requirements and existing property file to establish feasibility and site limitations.
Once we understand your design needs and budget requirements we will work with you to produce a concept design.
Resource Consent
Chameleon Studio does not undertake resource consent reports, however we work closely with a planner to produce drawings. We are happy to recommend planners to undertake the report or work with one of your choosing.
Developed Design
Once the concept has been confirmed we send the drawings for coordination to the required consultants. While we are awaiting the structural details, we develop the drawings further to consider materials and specifications. These developed drawings include site plan, earth works, elevations, sections and a 3D perspectives.
Building Consent
Detailed drawings, documentation & specifications with full coordination of information from all consultants will be submitted for building consent to council. We will liaise with the council processor to provide any requests for information to get building consent granted.

Our residential designs range from new home to renovation/additions. We have designed homes throughout the Auckland region along with holiday homes in some coastal regions of New Zealand.
